We’ve received feedback from Vision Service Plan (VSP - SAST) regarding an issue with locked questionnaires containing white font.
When these questionnaires are imported into Responsive, the content technically transfers, but because the text color is white, it appears as though it’s missing. Since the questionnaire is locked, users are unable to make edits prior to import — they must manually change the font color for each response, one at a time, which is extremely time-consuming (especially for questionnaires with hundreds of questions).
VSP has suggested two potential solutions:
- Automatic font color adjustment: Have Responsive detect and convert white text to black during import.
- Bulk font update feature: Allow users to change the font color for entire sections or the full project at once.
Could the product team please review the feasibility of either (or both) options? This enhancement would significantly improve efficiency and the overall customer experience for teams working with locked questionnaires.
