Option to apply Private Sections at the individual question level

Scenario:
Firstsource's proposal team manages complex RFP responses where certain questions require restricted access due to confidentiality, compliance, or internal policy reasons. Currently, the platform allows for setting sections as private, restricting access to all questions within that section. However, there are instances where only specific questions within a section need to be private, while others can remain accessible to a broader audience. The current functionality does not support this granularity, leading to potential over-restriction or inadvertent exposure of sensitive information.

Challenge:

• Inability to set individual questions as private within a section, leading to potential over-restriction or inadvertent exposure of sensitive information.

Implement the ability to set individual questions as private within a section. This feature should:

• Allow administrators to designate specific questions as private, restricting access to authorized users only.
• Ensure that the privacy setting applies only to the selected question, without affecting other questions in the same section.
• Provide clear indicators within the interface to denote private questions.
• Maintain existing functionalities for private sections, ensuring compatibility and consistency.
• Allow for easy management and auditing of private questions and their access controls.

@Praveen N The first workaound here is to create a section manually and move the confidential questions from different section into the newly created section. The other option is through permission - You can create a role by cloing the existing team member role and ensure you uncheck permissions such as "View Questions other than assigned" and "Respond to Questions other than assigned"
