As we continue to offer Certification events and the Training team grows, I'd like a process so clients who have questions about Certifications, Discounts, etc. can be easily routed to the Training team. It puts CSMs in a difficult position when we have no information and cannot help, and takes up valuable time during our already busy days. It also leaves the client with a less than ideal experience because they don't always receive a timely response and become frustrated. The CSM is then left to deal with that frustration.

Perhaps we could have a contact email either in RFPIO University or the website? Something such as "certification@rfpio.com" or similar

We have an email group university@rfpio.com to direct questions regarding training and certification.
Stephen will share a one-pager soon with additional information about the certification program, as part of the upcoming launch of on-demand certification.
