Client Elevance would like to have the flexibility to decide when or if their users are notified when they are added to a project. As a large enterprise they like to control when and how many notifications their users receive. It can be confusing if they get an email notification that they have been added as a member of the project team, but may not have any active assignments yet. It would be helpful if the project manager could control when the notification is sent, similar to "queue & notify later"
