Currently, the system is not taking both A and B answers -
• Single question with multiple response boxes in a project
• if Library records are applied to both response boxes, the "Answer Update in Library" icon/notification only reflects one response box
• it's hard to tell which response box has an updated library record (we think it's whichever response was inserted last)
• users can't tell if the other responses were also updated in the library
