Client Fortrea often has source documents where they have a Section that does not have any content but acts as a placeholder for the sub-sections. Their end users find it confusing when they see the "section description" field and can accidentally complete work there. The project management team would like to be able to fully remove or prevent this from happening, as it creates additional work for them. They would like to have the ability to fully remove the ability to add a section description, or at least prevent users from accidentally creating a section description when there shouldn't be one.
