Enhancement Request: AI-Generated Response Identification in Past Project Search

State Street would like the ability when searching past projects to identify which responses were generated by AI.

This enhancement would improve transparency, enable better tracking of AI-assisted content, and support auditing or compliance needs by clearly distinguishing AI-generated responses from SME-authored ones.
