SME-Specific Table Mapping

State Street would like the ability to assign specific rows and/or columns within a table to designated Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) when marking a table as an answer.

This feature would allow for more precise ownership and accountability by enabling SMEs to be responsible only for their relevant portions of the table, rather than the entire table.
