Product Enhancement Request:
State Street has requested the ability to update on-demand sequential review tasks while a QA pair is in review. Currently, once a sequential review begins, the assigned reviewers, order, and due dates cannot be modified, which creates significant workflow challenges.
Problem:
It is common for a user in the review sequence to be out of office (e.g., PTO) or to leave the company entirely. In these cases, State Street needs the ability to quickly adjust the sequence to avoid delays and bottlenecks in the review process.
Requested Enhancement:
Provide administrators or authorized users with the ability to:
- Update reviewers (remove and reassign to a different user).
- Reorder reviewers in the sequence as needed.
- Edit due dates for individual reviewers to reflect updated timelines.
