Standardizing/Securing Response Headers

Does anyone else think it would be super helpful if Response Headers could be controlled like Tags? I would love it if there were a global setting to allow Response Headers to be locked down by the admin. We have multiple versions of the same Response Header due to human error and many old headers that we don't use anymore. This causes issues for us with reporting and sorting content.

I would also love it if we could delete Response Headers that shouldn't be in the library at all.

In short, I would like the Response Header field to be a defined dropdown list where the user could select the appropriate header and not have it be a free-fillable field.

I can definitely see how managing Response Headers the same way as Tags, with a defined dropdown and admin control, would help reduce duplicates and improve reporting consistency. @Liz Zokvic A workaround to "delete" response headers is to use Bulk actions and replace any you don't want :)

I am going through this right now. I inherited a very well-organized, mature content library. That's great. The downside is that I don't know how many unique response headers there are in our library because the report only gives you the first 1,000. I am setting up a new structure for us to use going forward, and we have moderation for anything added. I will have the moderators fix any incoming response headers, but yeah… with the AI able to filter on them, it would be nice to have it more controllable like tags. I was hoping the filter would be any/all/exclude, but that isn't available. Will that eventually be a fix for filters in the AI settings?
