Expected Functionality: Editing capability to a record in review is limited only to the user who is the active reviewer in a sequence. No other users can make metadata/content updates to the record during someone else’s step in a sequential review.
Requested Functionality: State Street is requesting an enhancement that allows users with “Edit All” to be able to update records at any stage in review. State Street's content management team needs to have the ability to edit a record's content or metadata in review at any time.
