Restoring deleted questions in project

Currently there is no feature to restore deleted questions in a project.

It can be a big problem if many questions were accidentally deleted and if it had answers in it.

Restoring deleted questions can be a big task if done by PS team - waste of time, losing work if a rollback is done, cost for customer.

Why can't we have such a simple feature, just like we can restore deleted sections?

Yes, this would be a great feature to have in place! I actually deleted all the questions in a section the other day, and I had completed half of them. Since I couldn't restore the questions, it was a taxing process to manually sort through all the project activties to find and pull the content. I also couldn't associate the responses with the questions, as the questions were all listed as deleted (it didn't reference the question text that was previously imported and available), which made the process even harder.

Hi Vikram, Samantha and Tara - Restoring the deleted question will be helpful upon accidental deletion. We will explore how we can enhance the current current alert/warning message that shows up when you click on the "Delete Question" button as a first step and then in future we will plan for restore if we see more accidential deletions of questions.

@Khalees V I am now seeing this warning, which I did not see previously. I would also note an enhancement here; if the question is a parent question to one or more sub-questions, there should be a note stating that these subsequent sub-questions will also be deleted.

@Samantha Gitman We do show a different alert when there are sub-questions. Can you confirm if this meets your expectations?

@Khalees V Yes, this is helpful. However, please note, in the live scenario when I actually deleted info, this alert did not pop up. However, like the other alert, maybe it will pop up now. I'll have to test it out.
