Hi @Corey Moss! Responsive uses a combination of tools, dashboards, and workflows to identify, track, and address content gaps within the organization. Our Content Library Dashboard and Usage Reports help track how content is being used, highlight underutilized or outdated material, and reveal gaps where new content is needed. Deduplication reports maintain a clean library, while Review Status Dashboards and automated review workflows ensure content stays up-to-date.
Additionally, custom dashboards and KPI widgets enable teams to monitor content health and productivity. Our Professional Services team can also provide audits and best practice recommendations to optimize the content library. Hopefully, some other Responsive customers can also share how they’re specifically managing content gaps.
