Currently, users are unable to upload files directly to the Documents section of a project once the project status is set to Completed or Cancelled. While a workaround exists—by reopening the project—it disrupts reporting metrics such as completion date and workflow integrity. This feature request proposes enabling the ability to upload documents even when a project is in a Completed or Cancelled state, ensuring accurate documentation without compromising reporting or requiring unnecessary status changes.
