I am submitting this enhancement request on behalf of our strategic client Deloitte.
Summary:
Deloitte’s workflow requires all project-related comments to be deleted once authors complete their first drafts and before projects are assigned to reviewers. The current platform limitations prevent Admin users from performing this task efficiently.
Current Behavior:
- Only the user who originally created a comment can delete it.
- Admin users cannot delete comments posted by others.
- No settings exist to allow deletion by anyone other than the original author.
- Comments cannot be deleted in bulk at the project level.
Requested Behavior:
- Allow Admin users to delete any individual project comment (open or resolved), regardless of who created it.
- Allow Admin users to delete all comments in bulk for a project (both open and resolved).
Business Impact:
Without this capability, Deloitte must rely on individual authors to remove their own comments, which creates inefficiencies, delays, and risk of error in their review workflow.
