I received this feedback from Haworth. They have mentioned that having ASK available as an integration with outlook would be incredibly helpful. I did direct them to downloading ASK as a desktop application as a work around.
- For Outlook, LookUp seems fairly useless (especially since you can’t directly attach documents using it). Are there any plans to change this integration to Ask instead (like with Word and Excel)? I think Ask would be incredibly helpful with writing emails, and have had a few dealers mention this as well.
