We were advised this works as designed which is causing confusion and impacts quality of responses.
- Deloitte uses a specific format in their Content Library Q&A answers to indicate individuals’ initials, like this:
([AB]). These are not configured custom fields or actual merge tags in the system. - However, when content is surrounded by hard brackets, it still gets formatted and highlighted as though it were a merge tag.
This creates confusion in their messaging, as the content appears like a merge tag but will never be populated.
