Q: It is my understanding from Responsive that the Responsive AI doesn't learn. Is that accurate?
A: Yes. It doesn't learn as of today. This is intentional to ensure we are careful in what the models do vs. don't.

Q: How again can you find Guided Projects? I can't find it in Projects. Thanks.
A: Find 'Guided Projects' in the 9-dot menu. It is a different interface.

Q: When will the Academy have updated training and factsheets for all the new features?
A: Our team is working to get more available content through Q3/Q4.

Q: Is the Analysis Agent information saved? If yes, where? I asked above about Guided Projects...is it the same answer for Analysis Agent? WIP?
A: That's correct. It is not saved as context for a Project right now.

Q: Does the SharePoint integration include non-public sites yet?
A: SharePoint is by default authenticated websites. Public websites (with no authentication) can be added separately in organization settings under Responsive AI.

Q: How does Ask prioritize sources? Does it always look at the AL first?
A: Content Library is always prioritized first. External sources such as websites or GDrive/SharePoint (if configured) will be used if internal content in the Content Library proves insufficient.

Q: How can we get to Ask from our desktop – I believe that's what I saw in the demo?

Q: Is access to Guided Projects configurable in Roles?
A: Yes, you can

Q: Does the AI Draft/SharePoint integration that was just mentioned work by just pulling in files or does it form responses based on content within SharePoint?
A: It does both – it is essentially acting the same as the Content Library in terms of responding to questions. It'll always try to pull exact matches, but then otherwise will use the content available to inform a response.

Q: Are there character/word limitations for prompting (both in AI Draft and in Org Settings)?
A: You can mention the details in Org Settings. In addition, you can provide instructions before running the AI Draft.

Q: So AI Draft replaces Auto Answer?
A: Yes, it essentially is a GenAI version of Auto Respond. The workflow is very similar but it uses different technology to respond.

Q: Can AI Draft work with page limits?
A: You can provide limitations via the instructions feature; however, it will be looking at word count vs. page count.

Q: Will Analysis Agent analyze PDFs?
A: Yes – with the latest release, it can now analyze PDFs!

Q: How does Analysis Agent work with multi-doc submissions (e.g., a PDF AND a Word doc, AND 3 Excel files)?
A: The initial version supports up to 5 files for reducing hallucination.

Q: Can you tell the Analysis Agent what information you want it to look for and provide to you? Like certain key words you want it to look for?
A: Yes, and we will keep refining on understanding your instructions.
