FGS is requesting improvement on our ability to delete comments in a project. Currently, they feel they are struggling with users deleting comments - and once that is done, they are unable to track any comments that are deleted, and also that there's no notification that says "This comment has been deleted". for tracking and sanity checks, they need to be able to go back and "make their case".
