Client is Chelsey Mathews, of OKTA. She says "With Okta being such a large organisation, we have many employees that share the same name. When I attempt to tag a colleague in the comments of a question, I am only given the first 30 people with that first name. For example, I am trying to tag my colleague Matt Immler but the list stops at Matt's with surnames starting with G. I have also tried this with other colleagues with common first names and it will only show the first 30 people with that name, if we have more than 30 employees with that first name, they do not come up on the list.
I am unable to engage with relevant stakeholders as I am unable to tag them in comments as their name exceeds the 30 displayed users."
When I checked with SE team, they informed that this is the intended behavior in New UI, which was why client'd like this added as an enhancement request.
Please check if this is feasible for the future roadmap.
Thanks,
Sumana

Hi Sumana,
Thanks for submitting the idea and sorry for the delayed response. As we discussed please educate the customer to make use of surname when the first name are similar to all the users. Though we limit by 30 users, when searching with surname(Without Space) will give a exact result.
Thanks,
Deepan M
