Verizon shares files internally via Google Drive. They would like to export compliance matrices to their drive so users have easy access. Instead, today, they need to export from Responsive and then go to GDrive to import.

Does it mean they are exporting to their local drive, and then manually transferring it to Gdrive, from where they will import the matrix?

Verizon is asking for an update here. They want to be able to export directly to GDrive from Requirements Analysis including matrices similar to how it is done via projects when the integration is set up.
