Requirement
Users from Central Service Association have reported a confusing system notification when performing a bulk update to mark questions as Answered in a project.
Scenario
1. A project contains 10 questions.
2. The user selects all questions and chooses "Answer Question" from the More menu.
3. They only update the status to "Answered" without changing any answer text.
4. Upon clicking Save, a pop-up appears stating:
"0 questions will be updated",
despite the status of the questions actually being changed to Answered.
5. This leads to confusion, as users perceive the message to mean no update will occur, even though the status is being modified.

Request
1. Update the confirmation pop-up to clearly reflect what changes will be applie
2. Clearly indicate that status will be updated, even if the answer content remains unchanged.
Example message:
"Only the status of the selected questions will be updated to 'Answered'. No changes to the answer content."
This will ensure users have a clear understanding of the action being taken and prevent misinterpretation.
