Problem Detail:
Presently, the AI model does not factor in metadata such as "Created Date" or "Last Updated Date" when retrieving and generating responses to user queries. As a result, older or outdated QA pairs may be surfaced in AI-generated answers, while more accurate or recently updated content remains underutilized.
Client Concern:
The client, Genpact, has specifically requested the ability for the AI to prioritize and respond using the most recently created or updated QA pairs.
