PROD-I-673 Remove Comments in CCL

Enhancement request for Genesys. They want to be able to remove comments, specifically in the CCL. They have users who are not always polite with their comments and there's no way to delete them. I've gone over retraining and professional rules of enagement; however, they continue to have issues.

Is this possible? Thanks!

I also feel like this should only be at the Admin/Super Admin level, so this should be role-based, just like Cancel Review Monica

I believe users still can not delete a comment they did not make, correct @VISWA S? SAP, Genesys, and Vizient have all requested that admins are able to delete comments that they did not make. I just tested and it appears that is still not available.

@Tara Kolinsky Admins, Super Admins, Content Owner should be able to Delete the comments. We have implemented it.

@VISWA S I am not seeing this option - I just went into the ENT instance (I am Super Admin). I am trying to delete a comment left by another user but it is not available:

I've tried clicking around, but nothing gives me the option to delete it. If this has not been implemented, do we have an ETA?

@Tara Kolinsky Raise a Support ticket it should work. If it is not working in below scenarios then it should be a bug

The user with the below permission should be able to Delete the comment

Admin with All permissions, Super Admin, Content Owner, Moderator, Custom Role( Edit ALL , Moderate All when content in moderation ).

If the content is in Moderation or Review in the Library screen, we should not allow the user to delete the comment. But the same should be possible in Moderation and Review.

On the above uses cases it should work.
