FIS wants name of files / figures / images / etc to be dynamic based on the location within a project.
Meaning Figure 1.2.5 should be renamed to Figure 3.4.5 if two other sections were added before it. This name change would cascade to all other Figure names throughout the document.
Additionally, in Qvidian they had the capability to do so via way of their equivalent of a merge tag, like the screenshot below:
Not having this current capability means that FIS will manually have to go through and update 100s of images and reference tables for it to match the gov't standard format they require.
