Project Notes & the description field in Response Projects to support support Rich Text formatting. Being able to do basic formatting: bold, bullets, spaces, etc.

@Khalees V They are requesting basic formatting: Bold, Italic, Underline, Bullet Points and Line Breaks were called out in our discussion.

@Melissa Morrison We have added basic formatting options for "Text Area" type field - This will be rolled out to production as part of July end release
