Q: Regarding the Executive Summary and Cover Letters, will you need to provide specific prompts detailing what you would like these documents to address from a customized standpoint, or will this information be general in nature?
A: Specific prompts aren't necessary. But having a sample template can get better responses from the agent and reduce the back and forth. You can also always interact with the agent through natural language and refine the document further.

Q: What are the key differences between Ask and the AI Assist in the search bar?
A: AI Assistant provides assistance to questions from a proposal within a project or can help tailor content within the library. Ask is more of a chat function that can search within your library as well as up to five domains and subdomains that you've provided.

Q: OpenAI is not a model, it's a company. Could you be more specific?
A: We use the latest model from OpenAI. As of now, all customers are on GPT-4o (Nov version). Our R&D teams continuously test and benchmark newer models and will switch when performance improves.

Q: Does Fit Analysis replace Intake?
A: No, Fit Analysis does not replace Intake. Fit Analysis is part of the Intake process to quickly qualify opportunities.

Q: Can we use shredding mechanisms to semantically tag content for better reuse and context?
A: Yes, our Opportunity Analysis Agent can identify and categorize RFP requirements such as Technical Requirements, Evaluation Criteria, etc. For more, reach out to your CSM.

Q: Can the Ask feature be used to filter out responses/collections/tags?
A: Yes, ASK can use natural language alongside collections, tags, and advanced filters to refine results.

Q: Where does GenAI pull content from—just Responsive or other sources?
A: Our AI prioritizes your Content Library, but the Ask feature can search up to five external domains or subdomains as well.

Q: When will the file mapping agents option be available?
A: File mapping is already available in the platform.

Q: Will the ROI & Benchmarking reports be part of standard reporting or require additional cost?
A: The ROI report is included in standard reporting. Benchmarking report details are still under discussion.

Q: Is Confluence included for multi-channel access?
A: Yes, but please ask your CSM to submit an S4 request.

Q: Is Fit Analysis included in Responsive AI?
A: Yes, it's part of the Responsive AI add-on.

Q: Is the quality check based on Responsive’s criteria or administrator-defined?
A: It’s based on Responsive’s native criteria. For more details, ask your CSM to enroll you in the beta.

Q: Will we be able to attach files in AI-generated responses (e.g., for compliance)?
A: This feature is in development. Please reach out to your CSM to raise an S4 for prioritization.

Q: Will we be able to edit instructions and AI-suggested answers directly?
A: Yes, editing AI answers is on the 2025 roadmap. Editing instructions is a priority, though no timeline is confirmed yet.

Q: Is Keyword Trends included in the standard license?
A: Yes, it’s included but currently in Beta. Contact your CSM to join the program.

Q: Can AI generate only specific answer types like dropdowns/radio buttons?
A: This is a valuable suggestion. Please share it with your CSM or submit as a feature request for consideration.

Q: Will Responsive use DeepMind or DeepSeek models?
A: No, not currently. The R&D team evaluates new models and will adopt those that meet performance standards.

Q: Is the TRACE Score equivalent to a confidence score?
A: Yes, TRACE Score™ evaluates AI-generated responses based on Trustworthiness, Relevance, Accuracy, Completeness, and Explainability.

Q: How do we enable TRACE Score?
A: Contact your CSM, as rollout is being coordinated and they can enable it for your instance.

Q: Do speed-to-answer metrics compare to manual or library-sourced responses?
A: These metrics compare to manual typing or pasting. Responses applied from recommendations are counted as auto-recommended.

Q: Are case study stats based on Responsive AI or other AI tools?
A: All case study data is based on Responsive AI.

Q: Is the AI adoption stat specific to Responsive?
A: Yes, the 40% adoption rate refers specifically to Responsive AI usage.

Q: What is document shredding?
A: It’s a feature that breaks down source documents into requirements matrices and checklists for better navigation, compliance, and proposal preparation.

Q: Can I limit the number of Q&A pairs the AI uses in a response?
A: Use tags or collection filters to narrow down the content scope. If issues persist, reach out to your CSM to troubleshoot further.
