Section Description content detail visible in Project Activities

Client Fortrea would like to be able to see the content within the Project Activities for Description activity This would include created & deleted sections and would bring parity in what can be see in the activities from the answering page.

Ideally, when clicking on the activity for a deleted Section you could see the content within the Description in the state it was when the section was deleted.

@Nicole Stanford This is not in our 2025 product roadmap. We will consider if we receive a similar need from other Customers, so we are not devleoping only for Fortrea.
