We have received a request from the client Dominique regarding a usability enhancement within the Project's Documents menu.
Client Request:
Currently, users can navigate to the Documents section within a Project to view all the associated documents. However, during their review process, they would like to quickly identify which Answer each document (stamped as an Attachment) has been linked to.
This functionality would help them:
- Speed up their review process.
- Validate that the correct document is attached to the relevant answer.
- Improve efficiency by avoiding the need to open each answer individually to cross-check attachments.
To support this, the client has requested an additional column or an indication in the Documents view of a Project, which displays the Answer (or Question ID/Reference) to which the document has been attached.
Benefits:
- Improves review efficiency.
- Enhances document traceability.
- Provides a better user experience for content reviewers and project collaborators.
