- Add the ability to “.zip” project documents in the folder or .zip them outside of the folder and attach to discussion where they send the final documents via discussion.
- Save documents uploaded to discussion automatically to the documents tab within a project since these are “documents” that are part of the project.
Typically we download the export package, review, make any necessary modifications/fixes, save them to our SharePoint and attach the final document(s) via discussions. We send them both the proposal/project document(s) and any attachments that were added during the processing of the project. For example, if we add an external document to a response or pull a document from Profile Center into a response.
