Currently while building a proposal, users who are working on the proposal will be able to edit the values of the content merge tags.
The values that are updated only pertain to that particular proposal and it will not affect the value defined in the Organization Settings.
The value defined in the Organization Settings for the Content merge tag will not be altered due to the change made to the value in the proposal.
Customer's Request: This request was raised by Oracle. They would want to remove the ability to edit the Content Merge Tags while building the Proposal Builder.
They would want the values of the Content Merge Tags to be updated only in Organization Settings, so that only users with necessary permissions are allowed to make the changes.
