When adding files from Google Drive to the content library or attaching to a response in a project or content record, the system only displays owner and updated date. When multiple files exist with the same name and owner/updated date, its impossible to distinguish which is the correct file. If we could expose folder name or other additional metadata, that would ensure the correct file is attached. See screenshot below for reference:
This is particularly important when updating our own internal policy documents in the IRI as I need to be sure I'm attaching the actual policy document and not just one stored as an attachment to an RFP response or an older version.
