AI Section Level filter to be applied automatically to recommendation

The Filters applied for AI assistant at the section level or the filter applied for AI draft at Project level should be applied to the recommendation automatically. This would save time in users again applying the same filters to the section where AI is not able to generate responses, the CL search is used.

Users feel there is not point is applying all the filters for all the sections in the section list page and when we move to the answering page the work has to be redone.

@JANANI RK SWAMY We are planning to unify the filter in 2025 (tentatively - Stretch goal). This means, we will have one interface to set filters and that will be applicable for all the features. I will keep you informed when we implement it.
