Enhancement request for Genesys. They want to be able to remove comments, specifically in the CCL. They have users who are not always polite with their comments and there's no way to delete them. I've gone over retraining and professional rules of enagement; however, they continue to have issues.
Is this possible? Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback. We can understand your concern. We have already implemented a solution for this issue. Content owners and Admins can now delete the comments of the content. Hope this helps.
