In projects, when we use comments, the notification sent from Responsive will be received in Microsoft Teams within the channels designated under project settings.
If a user is @ mentioned, that individual will receive notifications in both private chat and the designated channel.
We recently fixed the issue (https://rfpioinc.atlassian.net/browse/RES-138252) , but the client would like to see the @mention in Teams chat instead of the name being in plain text, in order to easily ping the user.
