To display section name in Discussion tab when commenting on a section description.

When providing comments on a section in the discussion feature, the section name is displayed correctly. However, when commenting on the section description, the section name does not appear, leading to confusion for the customer. So they wanted to know whether there is an option to link the section and section description to avoid confusion.

Also, another change we are planning is to prefix the section name as shown in the below mocked up design.
