Malfunction Dashboard: Reviewers

User Request:

If I assign two reviewers and make te review process "any" I would expect if the review is completed, that on the Dashboard for these questions the columns for these questions show review completed for both reviewers, because the review is completed.This is not the case as shown in the screenshots below. Only the column for PB shows in green, although the review has been completed because only one of the assigned reviewers needs to approve.It would be great if that could be fixed.

@Pavithra Devarajan+1 Understood and this is confusing. Ideally, if a question has ANY type of review and even if one reviewer completes review, the question is considered as reviewed and should be reflected for all users part of ANY review process. We will keep you informed once we add this to our roadmap.

Following on the same issue for same client: ‘Any' review completion by one of the assigned reviewers, fails to remove 'Pending review' status for other users. This is being compared with the 'Author’ answering assigned questions seen in the project dashboard.

Steps to Replicate:

Create a new project and add a question to it.
Assign two users as Authors for this project.
Observe the Project Dashboard, which correctly indicates that 0 questions have been answered by both authors.
When one of the assigned Authors provides an answer, the dashboard updates to show both Authors as having completed their answering responsibilities.
The Core Discrepancy: Now, assign two users as Reviewers in a review stage configured for 'Any' completion. The client's expectation, consistent with the Author scenario, is that once any one of the assigned Reviewers completes their review, the review process should be considered complete for the project dashboard.
However, even after one Reviewer completes the review process in this 'Any' configuration, the Project Dashboard still inaccurately displays the other Reviewer's status as 'Pending review'. This inconsistency in status tracking between Authors and Reviewers is the issue we need to address.
Please refer to , where the behavior confirmed was : chart displays only the user-level review status, not the status of individual questions or sections. Since only User A has reviewed the question while User B has not, the chart indicates "Reviewed" for User A and "Pending Review" for User B.

Client expectation: The client expects the 'Any' review process status on the project dashboard to function like the author answering status. When any reviewer completes their review, the dashboard should show all reviewers in that 'Any' process as 'completed', just as any author answering a question results in all assigned authors being marked as 'answered' on the dashboard.

Attached is the recording of the Author scenario.
Raised this requirement as a task - https://rfpioinc.atlassian.net/browse/RES-144187 again, where again it was confirmed that it is behavior and that it can be taken only as Enhancement.
