Nuveen reported that task notifications is that after the user completes a review task, the task still appears in their "My Work" page. This creates confusion and makes it difficult to track which tasks are actually pending. Additionally, when a section is reopened after being marked as complete, the user receives a notification that the task is pending at their end again.
The enhacement request is as follow:
- Completed tasks should be removed from the "My Work" page. Currently, tasks remain on the page even after they are marked as complete, causing confusion.
- There's a need for accurate notification behavior when sections are reopened after being marked as complete. Users should not receive unnecessary notifications that a task is pending again when a previously completed section is reopened for editing.
