Date format based on Project or Template

FIS is a global team and they change their date format based on the region DD-MM-YYYY or MM-DD-YYYY for the project due date in their template. Right now, due date format is set at the organization settings level but it would help to be able to select format by project.

Region - Is this the region of the client specified in the project details?
How frequently they will need to have project specific date?
What date they are referring to? Is it the project due date?

Yes, they can identify the region based on project detail (right now we're using project type)
They will need this for the entire European segment
The date is project due date.
