Q: Will we be able to train the AI agent to care for formatting like bullets and other structures?
A: The current AI draft responses do not always identify bullets and formats, but this is a high priority for our Product Team as it has been highly requested. Please send any examples of where this is needed to your CSM so the Product Team can gain visibility. Also, continue using the AI tools so they can continue to learn!

Q: Is there a tool on the roadmap that can analyze existing content for mis-categorized Facets & Tags?
A: We are looking to evolve our capabilities in this department. This is a great use case that we can absolutely send to our Product Team for further review.

Q: Can you talk more about executive summaries? Will they go in a separate section?
A: This functionality will be an expansion of our current AI offerings, drafting net new narrative-style content that can then be saved into the Content Library.

Q: Can you discuss AI capabilities with images? Will there ever be an agent that recommends tags?
A: We are working on expanding our AI capabilities to incorporate images, both for formatting and searchability. While the tool currently recommends tags, we are looking to improve this experience.

Q: If you have Responsive AI already, is the AI Agent included?
A: Be sure to answer the poll, and we can connect you to your Account Manager to learn more.

Q: Can you clarify what was said about "downloading sources to a file"?
A: Good question. This likely refers to automated imports into Responsive using AI. This process will not impact exporting responses back into the Source File, which can then be downloaded. Our AI Answering Agents always cite sources, but we don’t currently have a feature for downloading those sources.

Q: Is there an additional cost associated with the various agents, or are they part of the existing AI tools?
A: Great question! We’ll drop a poll shortly — be sure to complete it, and we can get you connected to the correct team.

Q: Can the AI Answering Agent search within a particular Collection or by specific tags?
A: Yes! You can refine the search so the agent finds responses within specific Collections, Tags, and more.

Q: Does the file mapping agent eliminate the manual mapping process?
A: Yes! While it’s worth reviewing the mapping for accuracy, the heavy lifting is done by the agent.

Q: When will the AI Agents be available?
A: They are live. Contact your Account Manager if you would like to learn more!

Q: Will there be an "audit agent" that checks the work of other agents?
A: Great feedback! We have a lot of exciting things coming — stay tuned.

Q: Does the AI perform "copilot-like" skills like finding formulas, or does it only do lookups?
A: Right now, it looks up responses question by question within the tool. We have enhancements coming and would love to hear your feedback on future capabilities.

Q: Will there be an option to turn off AI features for the default Team Member role in a future release?
A: Good callout. It’s currently a manual process, but we’ll follow up post-event to explore what can be done.

Q: What is the "Select Dataset" feature?
A: Datasets are a newer feature for Ask where you can create saved filters (like collections, tags, and custom fields) to speed up the filtering process. More learning materials are coming soon.

Q: Do users need to be the project primary contact to receive automated reports?
A: Yes.

Q: Why don’t I see the description option in the Advanced Search on the Answering Page?
A: There could be several reasons for this, like permission settings or the need to select "More Options" in Advanced Search. We may need to connect via email to investigate further.

Q: How will Q&A Pairs under a Private section work in the Content Library?
A: Q&A Pairs in a Private section work like those in public sections but with restricted access. Only authorized users can view and use them, ensuring sensitive information stays secure. Designated owners manage updates and reviews to keep content accurate and useful.

Q: Will we be able to use this Quality Check / TRACE feature in the Content Library too - for any new content that was added to t he library from a project? Sort of like quality check for content library when moderating?

A: At this point, the Quality Check/ TRACE feature will operate specifically within projects. We have our product team workinig on agent functionality within the Content Library as well to aid in requests like this one!

Q: Can we specify to the shredding agent what we want the agent to focus on and summarize specifically? I.e., Scope of Work?

A: The shredding agent doesn't summarize or specifically provide what users have instructed. It helps in shredding the document to identify the requirements based on the keywords defined. IT helps in summarizing the document and giving some information like Key dates, timelines, revenue etc, - these are predefined entities. This particular agent does not operate based on non-defined user instructions. The future development of this agent is planned to offer user to be able to ask anything to the system, and the agent generates it on the go, and is not predefined.

Q: Does the shredding agent work with complex multiple tab excel workbooks?

A: As of right now, the shredding tool only works with Word and PDF files.
