Q: Our users are OKTA enabled, but we have outside partners we use as frequent guests. Can they be added?
A: Yes, you can add users outside of OKTA. However, they will not have access to SSO and will need to be manually removed. In these cases, using the guest functionality may be the best approach, as it eliminates the need to manage user profiles while ensuring outside partners do not access information they shouldn’t.

Q: This was a great topic! You all may have wanted to keep it at 45 minutes with 15 minutes for Q&A instead of crunching it into 30 minutes.
A: Thank you for the feedback! We are currently testing different webinar durations to find the best balance between schedules and content. We’ll take this into consideration as we plan the remainder of the year.

Q: I think the more you structure your content or create a framework, as detailed in the Tanner session, the better your AI-generated responses.
A: We agree! As we continue to refine our AI capabilities, we’re seeing the importance of structured content and frameworks. We’ll continue sharing our insights as we learn more.

Q: When we edit the response title only, it goes into moderation. It would save us time if only title edits did not trigger moderation.
A: That’s correct—any edits to the question or response will send the Q&A pair into moderation if moderation is enabled. We can submit an enhancement request to refine this behavior for better efficiency.

Q: Is editing and saving in AI Draft an enhancement opportunity for the future?
A: Yes, this is an identified enhancement opportunity. While we don’t have an ETA yet, the product team is aware and actively working on it.

Q: When we've used Teams in the past, team members didn’t see Team tasks on the My Work page. Will there be an enhancement to fix this?
A: After testing, we didn’t encounter this issue. If a team is assigned, each member should see the tasks on their My Work page. If this isn’t happening for your team, please work with your CSM to submit a support ticket.

Q: How do you quantify ROI on time invested vs. time saved?
A: Establishing benchmarks for time spent is key. If you don’t have a baseline, start tracking your time investment now. The tool automatically logs hours spent on projects (both total hours and duration in days if you use your stages correctly). Use this as your starting point. Regular check-ins can then help measure time savings after implementing new processes. Additionally, tracking how long users spend in the platform for content reviews can provide further insights—e.g., "Users spent X hours in Q1, resulting in Y time savings.
