Fortrea would find value in this enhancement:

Ability to restrict access to a specific project (without locking down access via roles- we would still like SMEs to mostly be able to search/access projects they may not have been assigned, also the SMEs that need access could vary)
Reason: Occasionally we have RFPs which due to NDA have to have restricted access – at this time these have to be authored outside of Responsive.

@Gosia Rios We have a workaroud. We are currently improving the existing "Section Privacy" feature where when a section is marked as private, only the assigned users of section can access it. Even if there is a user with admin role part of another section, that user cannot view the private section. So we are bringing in true privacy to sections which was not there earlier. Do you think this improvement will meet their expectations? If needed, we can get on a call and walkthem through the flow of how private section will work. Let us know your thoughts. This improvement is targeted for Feb end release.
