Allow users to update the response when updates are seen in CCL.

After using an QA pair from CCL to answer a project question, the user edits the QA pair in CCL by adding an additional response.

When they try to update the answer in that project question, the system does not allow them to do so.

They see “this answer cannot be updated as there are multiple responses” message.

The client wants the option to update even if additional answers has been added.

Steps to replicate:

1. Go to a project→ answer the question using auto-respond or recommendation. The AL used or auto-respond used icon will be displayed.
2. Go to CCL→ edit that QA pair that was used to answer by add an additional response.
3. Go back to the project→ the AL used or auto-respond used icon will now show "updated content available".
4. Click on the icon→ we will not be able to update the response.

@Karan Valid ask and agree that we have a gap where if there are multiple responses we do support UPDATE option. Ideally, the option should be available to quickly update the new or updated answer from the content library into project. I will keep you informed when i add to the roadmap.
