From Microsoft:
The Moderation button shows to Field users upon accessing the Content Library - we do not want them to see 'Moderation' as this will spark Qs. (they cannot access)

Hi Michael,
This is the expected behavior. We have implemented the same already. Please check and let us know if you have any queries.
Thanks and Regards,

I am a team member in the Enterprise CS instance. I see both the Moderation and Review tab in the CCL despite not having any content to moderate or review. See screen shot. Thank you!

Can we change the status of this? It does not already exist as the feature requested. The ask is to NOT show the Review and Moderation tabs to users who do not have access. See my prior note that shows the tabs despite being a "Team Member" with no access to these queues.

Hi Michael
Currently, for team members who don't have moderation permission cannot view the moderation tab. Please see the image for your reference
Speaking of review tab, the concern you mentioned is a functionality gap. We will analyze the same and address this issue in the future enhancements.
