Show All Answers During AI Draft Review Process

Questions with multiple answers, such as a yes/no and a comment, don't fully display when using AI Draft.  The AI Draft UI only shows the first yes/no answer (see reference image below and attached)

This can be confusing for the customer as users will not know there are additional answers to review before accepting or discarding the AI generated response.

Would be wonderful if the entire answer can be displayed for clear and easy review.
