Ability to add "Alternate Answer" via the Recommendation Engine

Client Fortrea would like to have an option to add a response as an "Alternate Answer" to the record in the Recommendation Engine, similar to how we can "Add Alternate Question". This would help their team to easily add alternate content while working in a project and save time from having to go back in the Library.
