Accelya US Inc (Org) raised a concern that once all the questions (except one) within a section has been marked complete review along with complete review at section level. However, when we reopen the section All the questions within that section goes into "Pending Review" again, though it has already been competed review.
Use case: Client is expecting all the question to stay completed review and only want to review a single question
