Queued Notification need to be deleted while the project goes to Trash

Murex (Org) reached out stating that he was not able to delete one of the queued notifications as the project was in Trash.

Hence, client feels these notifications are ineffective as they stay in the notification queue forever and causing lot of confusion until and unless the project has been reverted back to current and then deleting the notification.

I have attached a supporting screenshot for the same. Kindly review it's feasibilty and see if this can be implemented

@Sathishkumar GK @Lazerus B This S4 has been implemented and you can test it in Dev1. The change will be rolled out to production as part of the Jan 30 release.
