Fortrea: Ability to comment on partial text in Section Description or Response

Fortrea is brings a lot of collaborators in projects sections or Q&A pairs. They would like to be able to highlight portion of text and comment on the highlighted only vs the whole Description or Response field.

Currently the users find it confusing to communicate via comments and in the comments defining what portion of the text they are commenting on.
