Adding Annotation to the Activity history (request by Evernorth)

Hi Team,

Evernorth has come across an issue where their annotations were removed when importing updates. With that said, we noticed Annotations are not documented in the activities and therefore, users and engineering team do not have a way to locate the content. This limitation is an issue for users who uses annotation as part of their daily workflow.

Can we please implemented this soon.
